I think I've seen it all! While watching some television last night, there was a commercial advertising for a feminine product that cleared up yeast infections. Hey, it is what it is but everytime the woman spread her legs apart, there was music! Really? Her hooha started singing "la-la-la-la-la....."? I guess their creative team did exactly what they set out to do, create an unforgettable ad! "Joie de hooha!", the slogan, not the product name.

I occasionally listen to French/Japanese/German music. No idea what they're singing, but enjoy the different sensibilities and simply think of the voice as another melodic instrument.

I just read a blog that hit upon a number of things that the author found bothersome and in actuality, most likely bothersome to many. One of the points mentioned was the number of internet pictures creeping onto the Popular page and possibly making their way to the Top of the Month.

Do you know as a member that you can refer any member to Abuse/Evaluation panel for posting internet pics? The referral process might mean deletion of the offending member. Keep in mind, paying members do have more latitude than non paying members and admin has said that he really is not 100% concerned about members posting internet pictures.

Rather then stewing over the matter, do something about it.

It seems as though the member who blogged about the Pic of the Month, Top of the Month and how the internet pictures make their way to the Popular page, has deleted their blog.

This isn't the first time this member addressed things that they feel aren't fair. As soon as I point out the flip
side of the coin, how some of their actions give the appearance of being unfair, POOF! they delete their blog.

I reported like 10 to admin a few weeks ago, all like professionally taken photo sets. Each account name was a different woman's name. Noticed them as I was scrolling down the new members list.

Yes, fake profiles were established years ago in order to manipulate the Domination Game, but now?

I've been around long enough to recognize that whatever can be manipulated, will be manipulated because adults are really nothing more then selfish, manipulative and vain human beings.

Yesterday a picture on the SYD Popular page had approximately 335 views with 450 [HOT] votes generated by 12 members. Really!? Do guys really like anothet guy's DICK that much? Today, the same picture has 100 more views, with 573 [HOT] votes but now there is a thirteenth voter. What a JOKE! The "circle jerk" voting clique needs to be ashamed of themselves for trying to MANIPULATE things.

You certainly can't be mad at Mr. Admin hell, it was last year he was talking the place might close down around or near the beginning of this year. If he found a way to increase revenue to keep the joint afloat a lil longer, I say more power to him! ✊ With the amount of points a couple members MUST be purchasing, he might be making a dollar or two profit for a change.

I was not the member that blogged about the Pic of the Month but I was someone that provided my thoughts on the content of the blog.

Just because "voting circles" have always been a part of the site does not make them right and the "voting circles" have become more apparent out of hand with the number of [HOT] votes that they're going to toss to another "voting circle" player. I guess that I don't understand the importance or vanity involved of being #1 at any cost.

It is the nature of the site yes, but as why should it be? The recent fakes were very obviously photo shoots, a few from Germany/Austria and also Australia. They didn't show up on a Google picture search though which was odd. I've never understood why people do it.

I've had the same issue, 1RonG, the pictures look professional yet I cannot find a match when doing a reverse search on Goggle. admin has said in the past that he is not 100% against internet pictures however he has also said something to the affect that if a new member starts their life on SYD/SYC by posting internet pictures, they are beginning their life here in a deceptive way and he is in agreement with having those profiles deleted. Hours ago, Diana_D_Lite , a member of less than one month was referred for review and possible deletion. Concrete proof was provided however a SYC member froze the voting and the reason given was members should be given a chance. I hope that the SYC member contacts Diana and persuades her to delete all of her internet pictures.

Again Diana to me , is clearly a fake and has become more obvious as the pictures are posted. Not sure if she/he deleted the photoshoot photos whether there would be any left. The usual giveaway is lots of quality photos posted very quickly, admittedly Diana hasn't done that.

I really am unsure why people post fakes up. Honestly if the photoshoot is themselves then there is surely no issue, as how's that different from anyone else but if you are posting someone else then and claiming to be them then that is not right

I am sure there are as many reasons for those who post internet pictures as there are those who post them. Some want the attention and I am sure a lot of them get a thrill out of manipulating another's desires and needs. Others are just internet trolls doing it for their own amusement! That's life. I think they are rather insecure individuals who hide behind a persona to give them a feeling of power, where they cannot otherwise don't have nor can obtain in their own lives.

Even when you show that the pics are from another site,you still get people who think differently about what is acceptable, there's guidance and no actual rules...

Yes, it is admin's site and he allows us to be active in it. He can't be everywhere 24/7 and relies upon us for help. A couple weeks ago a SYD member reported a SYC member and his reason was similar to this; A well known adult model porn star.

Golly gee, the reporting member did not provide proof and you get the members that will vote to delete just because. You are absolutely correct, there are no rules or guidelines and voting members will vote against it just because of who the referral came from. Those people fall within the loose guidelines that admin does provide; IF YOU DON'T HAVE COMMON SENSE, YOU SHOULDN'T BE VOTING.

Just having a though whilst we are talking about fake accounts... How can we be sure that , because a member has pictures that are available on the internet, that they are fake? Maybe , just maybe they are members of more than one site and using the same pictures?

That's another good point. Voting members do need to consider the "PROOF" submitted. Are the sites amateur or professional? Are the majority of the pictures "borrowed" or are there an abundant of new pics? 99.9% of the questionable profiles referred to the Evaluation Panel for deletion are profiles set up on the SYC side.

Another something that I find strange, I'm always amazed at the number of SYC profiles where the female member chooses to show her face. Yet proportionally, on the SYD side, the members seem more modest, not as many face pictures. Why do you think that happens?

Because those are not posted by females, they are mostly posted by males. Either from internet, of their ex-es or sometimes current female partner, I'm guessing even in the last case half of them posted without that female permission.

Still, there are real females who post their faces, nudists usually don't have problems with that, so I can't just ban every profile with female face pics. And I don't really have time to verify everyone via videochat or verification pics. I mean even if I do, I will have to keep a track on every verified account, because it can pass verification with one set of pics but then delete them and upload totally other set of pics. It would be impossible for me to remember that. Theoretically I can resolve this issue with backups of old photos and verification materials so that I can compare later, but this is something that I don't want to do - it doubles the waste of space and heightens the risks of exposure for honest people if the site is hacked.

Just a week ago Capital One was hacked leaking data of millions of US citizens. If companies like that can be hacked, so can be this site.

I'm not sure what I smell but I did find it odd that *lix* froze voting because the member deserves to be contacted. She, *lix*, has referred a few SYC profiles due to being fake and as I recall, there was a time that I voted [NO ABUSE] when she did not provide proof. She went ballistic but went back and updated her referral to include proof. And the member that referred Diana_D_Lite did provide proof. Oh well.....

And there's a longtime Canadian SYD member that will vote to delete regardless of whether the referred member cleans up their profile and removes the internet picture(s) in question.....

I guess as I get older, my collection of fears seem to go away. In fact, they diminish and seem to go away. I think I have only one, and that is the fear of not having enough time to do the things I want to do before I leave this life. Time slips away, that is normal, everyone lets that happen, life gets in the way.
