Admin would you kindly explain to TW3, these three concerns of hers, please?
• TW3 proposes that after a 3 to 6 month membership, plus upgrading your membership to premium paid, that member should be permitted to vote on the Evaluation Panel. What say you?
• TW3 wonders whether the Evaluation Panel a president, secretary and a court, and if they do, were they voted in and was that vote confirmed? I know the answer is "no", but have you ever considered doing that?
• TW3 feels that it is far, too long to make members wait to vote on the Evaluation Panel. Why are you being so strict and mean?
Unlike Australia, where the residents of legal age are required to vote, verified members are not required to vote on the Evaluation Panel. Just like some SYD/SYC members don't like seeing political posts in the forum, these might be the same members that don't want to immerge themselves in site politics. As I recall, it was *lix* that reached out to admin and recommended that Abuse Panel feature highlight when a referral was made. By doing so, it alerts the eligible members that a member was reported. Thank you, *lix* for that useful tool. Here's an analogy for TW3, when the telephone rings, that's an audible alert to tell one that someone is trying to reach you. Some might answer, some might choose not.

1. The point is that people who make the ruling should have extended experience with the site and what happens on it.
2. I've seen this going bad on other sites repeatedly. You can imagine yourself what Johns could have done if he was elected to such role with a bunch of his supporters. Which he could easily have done considering his accute interest to be someone important on this site. The point is to always have some opposition and to do not give complete control to either of the opposing factions.

Admin, I thank you for your explanation. But, what will your actions be? The "little people".....many pay dues. It's great for a Bella or Lix or some that have several years but all they are doing is using their longetivity to push others around.
So i am not as square as you think I am.
What I find laughable is that although the poster seems outraged perhaps by the lack of interest and/or participation, the person is not gobsmacked that there is ONE MEMBER that presides as the moderator of over 400 groups. I wonder if the above person ever gives thought to that?

I find that the system is flawed. Rules are not applied to every one the same. The other thing is that the evaluation panel always has the same people doing the evaluation. The little people have no say as it’s closed to them. It’s like a big secret. And why isn’t the offender given five days to clean up their act?
One more thing. If you’ go into my pages. 99% of the pics are all me. I was surprised that you and not Bella think I photoshop in a huge way. Like you said, this is an amateur site and members tend to do amateur things. Perhaps the rules should be less flexible. For instance, if you photoshop you are banned. Perhaps all offenders should be passed to Admin and he decides.
