I have never had a “sunny side up” egg, I will eat them over easy medium, both sides cooked but a bit of runny yolk to dip toast in. I prefer bacon cooked crisp however I have had bacon that wiggles a bit.
Say you wake up every day at 6am and go to bed at 10pm, an 16 hour day and you allow yourself 8 hours of sleep. There’s 16 hours in which you allow your body to utilize/burn the calories consumed in your bigger meal versus eating your big meal at 6pm and ending your day at 10pm. In theory, that sounds logical, only thing is, many people don’t think like that.

Taste, i like them,but most folks think they are to messy . Driving, not a good thing to try to eat driving.
I just noticed that in my initial post it reads; “ I’ve only had the traditional salted and roasted peanut BUTTER…..”. I’m talking about peanuts, not peanut butter so there’s no reason for BUTTER to appear in my post. It’s month 6 with this new phone and I know my right index finger did not go rogue on me! I need to reread my posts because it’s 1 of 2 things; my phone is “possessed” or predicted text is engaged!
How are they messy?
I was in North Carolina one time I stopped for breakfast and I tried to order steak eggs and home fries and the waitress told me the steak is served at dinner so I tried the grits never again
A hundred years ago, during the winter months in Michigan, my mother would often prepare oatmeal OR Cream of Wheat for breakfast so we (my sisters and I) had something hot and substantial in our tummies as we made our way to school. I liked both oatmeal and Cream of Wheat as hot cereals and when I see grits, I see Cream of Wheat on a plate which in my opinion is totally WRONG! In my world, Cream of Wheat is served in a bowl with a bit of brown sugar not with cheese!

It was 59 degrees this morning with a high of 81 degrees this afternoon
