If you snooze you lose! Apparently St. Patrick's Day isn't the ONLY thing happening in the month of March, nope, not here in Michigan! Approximately 120 miles away and in the Village of Deerfield, the residents celebtrate testicles! Yep, the residents of Deerfield have a Testicle Festival.

Hahaha nice in Pennsylvania we have the Isaac Walton league has a Rocky Mountain oyster festival every year 20 dollars for all the bull nuts and beer you can eat and drink it’s a good time you should go some time

Reminds me of a joke

Tourist in Spain goes to restaurant, on the menu is Bullfight Balls.

He´s not sure, but the waiter assures him: they are delicious.

So waiter comes back with the order in a covered dish, and with a display of bravado lifts off the lid to show a big pair of nuts. Customer tries and tastes them, and finds that they really are delicious!

Comes back the next day for same and is happy,

But on the third day: waiter lifts lid off dish: there is only a small pair of balls.

So when he asks: why are these balls so small when they were bigger the last few days the answer:

I wonder whether the balls and gizzards are farmed locally? 380 pounds of balls and 240 pounds of gizzard, we're talking about 620 pounds of "meat" to serve 1500 to 2000 people? Well, the dinner is served with pork & beans, cole slaw and a dinner roll.

About 2 months ago, some of the folks from the pool went to lunch and I met up with them. One of the guys was carrying on about the gizzard. Really? My mom used gizzards when she made Thanksgiving stuffing and after boiling certain parts for flavor, would mince up what she could for the stuffing, itself. Bottom line, I tried some of the gizzards offered up at this sports bar and NEVER AGAIN......

I like COOKED chicken and beef liver, pickled does not sound like something that I would like. Gizzards, nah, tried it, don't like it, too chewy. And forget about tripe, too, a well seasoned rubber band probably tastes better!

I thought it was just on video disk. I wish I had kept some of those machines I got from a rental shop back in the late 80's. videos were on large "records" and the player had a needle, just like a record player. people don't even believe me when I tell them about it.
