Being blacklisted!
Said of me. "Another dumb son of bitch who blacklists for NO apparent reason. Never interacted with whatsoever! I suspect IT'S another intolerant, sensitive snowflake, who believes THEIR opinion is the only one valid. 🖕 scrambled shit for brains!"
And I never blacklisted anyone, don't know how or would want to... So what gives?
1 person that black listed me says it is because they don't like my nickname here.
I mean like, should I call myself "big dicked Tommy" or something? like that is really better? Phart is just a funny thing I came up with.
People blacklist for strange reasons.
Hi. You might want to revisit YOUR blacklist as it would appear that you have blacklisted one member. Whether it was intentional or not, one member is on your list and my guess is that it ticked them off and they reciprocated by blacklisting you back.
Words! You think you know 'em and then someone comes along and decides to change the meaning. You've got to be careful and closely listen to (or read) how the word is used to determine whether it is a compliment or an insult.
Let's use the word SNATCH. Well, initially the word was used as a way of taking, or to grab. Then snatch was a vulgar substitution for a woman's genitalia, ie cunt. Now snatch or snatched is a word to describe someone, something looking really good.
I can’t keep up with the new slang the young people are using markis has to help me with it even pot it used to be Mexican Colombian red gold and later on sensamelian now its orang Cush Reggie and god knows what else I’m lost
Keeping in mind that January is one month into the winter season in the Northern Hemisphere, when I left my home today at 08:20, it was raining quite heavily and 53 degrees F on my side of Michigan, which is unseasonably warm. Approximately 90 minutes later, the temperature had dropped to 37 degrees F and it has been steadily raining.
I'm not sure what I would "prefer", rain or snow. Rain can potentially flood the Great Lakes, which could effect me, my home. If the temperature dips much further, any wet/moisture on power lines could freeze and any extra precipitation could cause additional stress on those power lines and power outages are eminent. Also, all the wet on the roads would freeze and icy roads would be hazardous. On the other hand, if it were snow, I suspect that we would have an extreme amount of snow to deal with. It was exactly 2 months ago that we, in Southeastern Michigan, had our first major snow storm in what was the fall season.
I know that people from up North live their whole lives dealing with this type of cold. Honestly? I don't think I could take it. It's the weekend. Can you stay home?
You learn to adapt rain sleet snow and ice don’t keep me inside I dress for the weather and go about my day I like the cold weather if it gets above 75 I’m bitching it’s to damn hot
If you are born in that climate ,you adapt to it I am sure.
For me to toss myself into that type climate or more extreme like North dakota or something,I would wind up dead.
I couldn't take it.I used to drive in the bad weather alot as I had to for my job.Never owned a 4x4 and still got around.BUT you can get out of practice as I found out a couple years ago.It had been 12 years or more since I had a need to be on icey roads. I made the mistake of downshifting the automatic down to 2 manually to slow down for a hill and went SAILING DOWN THE HILL sideways and accross the ditch, out of the ditch and then cranked up and drove 12 miles home in the shit with NO brakes as the asphalt rubbed the brakline running along the chassis. I just decided after that episode,I would keep my happy ass at home when the roads turn to shit.
We had a few inches of snow the other day then record high temperatures Saturday and today it is currently 61 degrees all the snow melted leaving a muddy mess
Here in northern NJ it was 67 degrees on Saturday and Sunday it was 64 degrees. It's going too stay above average temp wise until next Friday.I am sure we will pay for this warm weather as we get most of our snow in February and March!
Unfortunately, WINTER is inevitable in North America. I would much rather deal with the frigid temperatures and snow in January, February and March versus June and July!
I'm trying to figure out what kind of garage they have that they are able to stack cars on top of each other? And what type of vehicle is that on the top rack? Is that a Mustang convertible?
I'm a car kinda "girl", I love what I think are good looking cars!
One of my most favorite cars that I owned, was a '91 Oldsmobile, Toronado Trofeó. Gosh, that was a beautiful car! I spent about 29k for that car, which back in '91, was a helluva lot of money at the time. It was white with a deep red interior and the instrument panel was like something that I envisioned would be on a spaceship! It was GORGEOUS!
My parents thought that I was crazy to be spending that kinda money on a car but it was too late, I had fallen in love with it.
According to Charlie it looks like a 67 or later. The rear panel looks concave instead of straight. Charlie's dad bought him a new 66 candy apple coupe as a high school graduation present in 66. Great car.
According to Mike they have 2 regular car lifts from a auto shop. Used they can be bought at auction for less than $1k. It's a 3 bay garage. Must be a McMansion.
Mike, who's a car buff, and Charlie who was a heavy line Ford Mechanic, both say it's possible. Many shops close up and their equipment is sold off at auction.
Such a hoot, Trevor Noah's reporting of Harry and Megan's departure from the senior royal family. If he thinks his accent is "American hood", he needs to visit Detroit!

Not a time to visit Detroit.

Yes, I know the car you speak of very well, as I'm a car nut myself.
