Strange, there was a pop up article on my phone yesterday about Wendy's possibly removing burgers from their menus. I thought to myself, "yeah, right!" and did not read the article. But seeing your post, I Google'd to see if there is a beef shortage and by jingie, there is!

Haven’t heard anything about them yet but my local meat market told me he’s having trouble getting beef and the live stock auctions are closed at the moment so fresh live beef is off the table and I mean literally

Just got back from Publix. Bone in Ribeye, 1.5" thick was $52. I didn't buy it. The rest of the meat cooler was empty except for ground chuck, hotdogs, and really expensive ribs. Pork was missing completely and the chickens looked scrawny as if they were local. Hell if I'll settle for tofoo

Wendy's is not selling hamburgs due to the fact they are the only chain that uses fresh beef for their burgers, all the rest use that frozen junk, McDonald,Burger King and Araby's and the rest have stock.

I knew my nails looked like crap but when I ran into one of my friends in town on Sunday, he even said something. Sunday, we were in the high 60's, I had some rippin' & runnin' to do and on the way home, I got my car washed. A friend of mine stopped by and in the course of our conversation, he says, "your car looks nice, it looks a lot better than your nails". That has to give you an idea of how bad they looked!

The people in dollar stores, at least the people in Michigan, are going crazy!

Apparently the dollar stores are buckling down and stringently enforcing the rule of wearing a face mask while in their store shopping. In one instance a store employee reminded a shopper to wear a face mask. The shopper became so defiant that he approached me employee and wiped his nose in her shirt. Really? I wonder why she allowed him to breach the 6 foot social distancing parameter without moving or putting her hand out to keep him from entering into her personal space. And in yet another dollar store, a security guard was shot and killed. I'm not making light of this but the need for a security guard at a dollar store doesn't seem like the place where I want to shop.

These two incidents made it to Miami. The shooting was done by 3 members of the same family. As far as the nose wiping, I can't get my head around that. When I lived in Valdosta we used to joke that the Dollar stores was the upscale restaurants of the red necks. Ramin soup, beef jerky, Lays potato chips. YUMMY

Yes, that's the one, a husband and wife and their adult son and she was the shooter. The shooting took place in Flint, it is a depressed area, the nose wiping incident was in Holly, a relatively nice area with beautiful parks and modest to upscale homes.

The news report in the link below (?), the reporter states the the man blew his nose in her shirt. I'll be damned if I would allow someone to get that close, blow his bose on my shirt, smock, sweater and not push him away.

A security guard in a dollar store speaks loudly about the clientele as well as the neighborhood. I realize some areas don't have many choices but I wouldn't risk my life for a Faygo and a bag of chips.

The casinos are under the jurisdiction of native Americans and apparently, there is at least one casino that will reopen tomorrow. They have pledged to take the body temperature (no one with a temperature of 100 degrees or greater will be admitted) of the patrons upon entering and provide face masks.

There’s a liquor store in Edmonton that has a thermometer that automatically checks the temperature of every customer entering the store. If someone has a high temperature it notifies the owner by phone and he says asks the customer not to come in and tells them why.
