The threat of oil independance ,will lead to lower prices from the middle east as they can't eat or drink oil and sand.

As for the visit, shortly after announcements were made about changes to canada's immigration Policys and so forth according to many news sources. in other words, fix a few issues and there won't be any tarrifs. And hey, getting canadians to work together for any goal is a good thing! Canada first for Canadians, America first for Americans, this trend in thinking needs to continue,it would be better for all of us. ONCE we become strong and able to care for our own needs, THEN we can afford to look out for others in need.

Comapanys dont need to hire the 1's that fell for the victim mentality and never tried to make something of themselves,those are the 1's companys shouldn't hire.
Boeings quality issues stemmed from dei. they had to hire people because of color and etc, instead of people that knew what was going on.

There isn't a microgram of "victim mentality" in DEI.

Companies have nothing to gain from racism between their employees,
not white against black racism, but also not black favoritism.
Companies are doing what they need to, to make the most profit and nothing else.
That doesn't mean that companies are never doing pandering to wokesters.
If their customer base is woke as fuck, because they sell vegan cappuccino milk, they will advertise their DEI policy to make their customers like them. Then obviously their DEI policy would sound woke as fuck. They would have some pink-haired gender non-confirming barista in their brand store, but you can be sure 'they' can make that cappuccino taste good. If that company has now dropped their DEI policy, and their barista is replaced with a bigot, you can be sure that brand dies very quickly and some other takes over. That's just competition.
Facebook and Amazon are just blowing with the winds of change.
If they think DEI doesn't SELL anymore, they just tell everyone that they are dropping it. They will find another way to make their employees work well together. Their customer base is wide enough to pander to the new identity politics and stop pandering to the old identity politics. It's just sad that the customers still keep thinking they ever cared about anything else than profits.
As for us having to hush and take it all the time, we have took it for the last 4 years. So yea, I am making noise now that something will be changing. California is a good example of the path the entire country is headed down if it is not stopped. The government valued a FISH over the water supply to a entire state and now a major city is burning to the ground. over a fish. that is the liberal mind set we are fighting. to be quite is to surrender to them.
