"Ms Bella pays money for this thread" and therefore I'm not allowed to post pics in a thread has been paid for.
Is that correct?

Since you started it the necessity of having you involved is something that can't be put aside, but, you make it easy to put you down in other threads. When you send someone a private photo it should be private. It should have no previous views. None. Zero. The private photo function is not a tool to allow you to get more views of your photos. I find it annoying when people send me photos to boost their views.
There are a couple of exceptions, one being if your involved in a private conversation with someone and are speaking of a specific photo.
If you think I just received such a photo you would be right. There, I feel better.

If we are to get on our pedantic, moralistic high-horses - pictures posted on this site should not be saved and showed to your friends that aren't members of the site - if you think a picture is funny/good/bad, get your friend that isn't a member to join the site and view it for themselves as the poster of said photo (who did not give consent to such act) intended.......!
Having said that, yes - sending private uploads to people to get more views for your photo is another brand of private upload i don't like - it's a lame trick that does get a.b.u.s.e.d. here and always has been
