In the Play Ball! feature, quite often a member will pass the ball to someone who does not understand what should be done or just doesn't realize the ball was passed to them. What if the feature was tweaked to allow a member to TAKE the ball upto 3 times per day but limit it to only 1 time in an 8 hour period?
