I bought two Banquet Backyard BBQ Meal’s today and yes, I agree, it was disappointing! I paid $ 1.87 for the Banquet meal version of the McRib that was priced at $ 5.69. I noticed that the picture of the “riblet” on the Banquet box looked nothing like what was in their tray. It was a’ight, but not comparable to the McRib. I don’t eat the bun, too much bread, so I’m not sure if it was the difference in BBQ sauce, because it didn’t have some fresh onions or pickles. I agree, just not the same!

I enjoy smoked meats as well but don’t you have to have a special cooker of some sort? I don’t think you can smoke anything in a regular barbecue grill, which by the way, I do not own. The guy behind loves to cook and he likes to entertain, too, so I happily accept his invitations. For his birthday celebration at the beginning of October, he smoked pork, I believe it was a pork butt and everyone brought a side. Everything was delicious and the guy bakes, too. He makes this wonderful homemade cake that had sour cream and fresh cranberries in it, again, so good!

A short on YouTube began the video by saying this; “Old School candy that only your grandparents remember…..”

There were a number of candies that they showcased but I was most surprised by the video mentioning Good & Plenty as being one of them. Why, you ask? They are in Publix, they used to have them fresh in a sealed bag but recently deleted them, they now carry them in a box along with all the other type movie theater candies at the checkout lanes in the front of the store.

Yea, animals and cars. Alot of car fires start because of squirrels and rats chewing on the wires. the insolation is made of plant based oils and the animals think it is edible. Which i have recently had the wiring chewed out from under the hood on 1 of my cars. NO fun to fix. There is now not 1 but 2 cats on patrol around here.

I have ordered seeds from China a few years ago for some rose bushes but never did plant them as it was supposed to be a venture with my former girlfriend to grow and sell them.
