Hey, Bella, want to explain this?:x

By Bella this afternoon
In the fashion of SNL's Point/Counterpoint, TWOWARMTTS3, you ignorant old witch. only registered users can see external links

Why is it that you feel the need to be so fricken annoying? You really take the cake. Is it too difficult for you to comprehend that because JustWill has you blocked and you have him blocked, he doesn't give a flying fuck what you have to say? And for the record, JustWill comments on whatever he finds interesting, unlike you who comments on everything because you have the urge to be seen and "heard".

Really? You need me to explain the post that was posted in another thread? Although you spell for shit, I thought you were able to read. Exactly, what part is unclear for you?

Apparently, your comprehension level is sub par. This is NOT Dev01 's thread, "Copy, edit and paste here".
By #610414 10,Oct,21 21:00
As far as referring to you as an "ignorant old witch", I don't want to stoop to your level by referring to you as an ignorant old bitch or ignorant old cunt.

Uh,well, to a point. He sure did sound like he is going to run in 2024.
He just went over all the damage the dems have done and will do with the spending bills.
went over some of the numbers indicating voting issues that the media twist the other way.
just felt good to listen to a leader instead of a bumbling idiot for a change.58,000 people at the rally.

Even though he overspent on farm subsidies and other programs. Still telling the same lie that he won Wisconsin by far? Let him run. The best gift the Democrats can get.

got this in a email.
Makes sense

THE NEIGHBORS,

Recently, while I was working in the flower beds in the front yard, my neighbors stopped to chat as they returned home from walking their dog. During our friendly conversation, I asked their little girl what she wanted to be when she grew up.

She said she wanted to be President someday. Both of her parents, Democratic Party members, were standing there so I asked her, "If you were President what would be the first thing you would do?"

She replied . . . "I'd give food and houses to all the homeless people."

Her parents beamed with pride!

"Wow . . . what a worthy goal!" I said . . . "But you don't have to wait until you're President to do that!"

"What do you mean?" she replied.

So I told her, "You can come over to my house now, and mow the lawn, pull weeds, and trim my hedge, and I'll pay you $50.

Then you can go over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food and a new house."

She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked me straight in the eye and asked, "Why doesn't the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50?"

I said, "Welcome to the Republican Party."

Her parents aren't speaking to me anymore.

Something just dawned on me,
You should have to show a vaccine card to get your welfare check shouldn't you?
I mean, the working Americans are being mandated to get the shot, why are the welfare folks so special that they are exempt?

No now wait I think phart is on to something here what is good for the goose is good for the gander
By #610414 09,Oct,21 09:11
Lollipop, I see Phart’s point but welfare is a life saving need. Like a hospital not being able to refuse ER services, neither can Family and Children’s services refuse to dole out the money. Besides, now recipients get debit cards that get direct deposits so they don’t have to show up in person LIKE A REGULAR WORKER WORKING FOR THE GOVERNMENT.
But that’s not why I’m calling out Phart. I do that because he was the victim of an accident that left him partially disabled and his appeal for disability was not very generous. I believe he resents not getting more of that “welfare” and as a result he’s being a sore loser and criticizing others that he perceives are getting more. You see, he bitches about anyone getting government help automatically assuming they are all deadbeats sucking on the Feds tit. You say,”What’s good for the goose, is good for the gander.” Ok, he gets some help from disability relief. He’s sucking from some tit too. That, according to him, makes him a deadbeat too

I paid into the system I am drawing from, unlike welfare recipients.
By #610414 09,Oct,21 17:55
Welfare recipients pay into it too. If they ever had a jog or working while on welfare. They pay too
People are not born into welfare .

By #574505 09,Oct,21 23:54
Why welfare didn't exist when I was growing up. I know someone get 6 g a month on food stamps or what ever you call it
By #610414 10,Oct,21 07:33
Jamie, there was help but it was applied to children. Google welfare aid before the 1996 Welfare Law.
By #610414 10,Oct,21 07:19
No, Phart, you do some reading. If you look hard enough, you’ll find anything. Harlem is one of the poorest if not the poorest area of the country. Try the same in Peoria, I’ll. How about Canton, Ohio? You are just determined to make the poor black population the reason for your problems.
--------------------------------------- added after 11 minutes

There’s a federal time limit to receive welfare.
The 60-month time limit on federal assistance applies nationwide, but not all families on welfare are subject to the limit. The survey of states found that about 55 percent of all families currently on welfare are subject to the federal 60-month time limit. Of those not subject to the federal limit, most are child-only cases, which now account for about one-third of the national welfare caseload. (In such cases, children are living with a parent or other relative who is not included in the welfare grant.) Most of the other families not subject to the federal time limit live in states that implemented their own time limits before 1996 and received waivers allowing them to delay implementation of the federal limit.

In addition, most states exempt certain categories of families from their state time limit even though the families are subject to the federal time limit. (There are also some families who are exempt from the federal limit but subject to state limits.) The most common exemptions are for recipients who are incapacitated or are victims of domestic violence.

About as inhumane as an asshole that’s willing to kill me by giving me Covid. Go cry a river to someone that cares
By phart [Ignore] 07,Oct,21 17:53 other posts
but since you are vaccinated, you might be carrying it and giving it out to people like free candy and not even know it!
Besides the hospital staff is protected by the "vaccine" and their little mask and gowns and sterile environment, what do they have to loose? UNLESS they are afraid the misinformation the government has been telling will catch up to them!!.
Hopefully money as in stock holders dumping them
By #610414 07,Oct,21 19:35
I’m sure you are right but the hospital has a right to pick who gets in. There’s a hospital in LA that won’t let anyone with bad breath in

I remember something about a hospital can not refuse care to anyone if they have ever taken government funding?
Is this a private hospital in colorado?
OF course we have to remember to,that is 1 of the states with legal POT so them folks aren't right in the brain anyway.
By #610414 08,Oct,21 18:45
Well, that certainly made your argument
By phart [Ignore] 08,Oct,21 19:20 other posts
I read a article about this on the net awhile ago and they "claim" it is partly so the transplant patient has a better survival chance. Where was all this concern when a good friend of mine had a heart transplant, then needed dialysis. Since he was the first man in the state with a heart transplant to require it, the folks didn't have a clue he was not supposed to use the same chemical mixture ,whatever the techy word is for it. Anyway, they essentially destroyed his new heart by the time the dr's at Duke were able to figure out what was happening. That is 1 reason I don't have much confidence in what that hospital is doing, more show and tell than actual concern.

But this newspaper clipping will give you some idea of the kinda man my freind was, I drove about 50 miles each way to attend a few of his classes,I repaired his lawnmowers and such to.Didn't meet him until 2013,and he passed in 2017.

Phart I was pretty sure the law hadn’t changed but I went ahead and did some research. This will answer your question.

Emergency Medical Treatment & Labor Act (EMTALA)
In 1986, Congress enacted the Emergency Medical Treatment & Labor Act (EMTALA) to ensure public access to emergency services regardless of ability to pay. Section 1867 of the Social Security Act imposes specific obligations on Medicare-participating hospitals that offer emergency services to provide a medical screening examination (MSE) when a request is made for examination or treatment for an emergency medical condition (EMC), including active labor, regardless of an individual's ability to pay. Hospitals are then required to provide stabilizing treatment for patients with EMCs. If a hospital is unable to stabilize a patient within its capability, or if the patient requests, an appropriate transfer should be implemented.

This is the way it was when I was part of Baptist Health Systems of Miami. The health provider (doctors are part of this too) has to provide emergency services. They have to stabilize you and, if need be, provide transportation to a facility that can stabilize you if they can’t. A kidney transplant is not an emergency procedure. The hospital is within it’s rights to refuse unvaccinated patients for elective surgery.
By phart [Ignore] 09,Oct,21 17:07 other posts
How is kidney replacement elective?
By #610414 09,Oct,21 18:08
Unless it’s an emergency, you schedule your procedure. You have time to get vaccinated or change to a facility willing to take you

I don't doubt the truth of this story but as always I checked the origin of the story just so that I am aware of any agenda that there may be behind it. So I am now aware of the political stance of The Epoch Times.

Having said that for the woman concerned and for her friends and family this must be a very worrying development.
I am not aware of any hospital in the UK taking this particular stance but they are very careful not to have anyone in to the hospital who is carrying Covid. My father had to be tested and free of Covid before his recent procedure.
The risk of an infection racing through a hospital is too horrendous to contemplate.

I am not defending nor arguing against the hospitals position that is for them to do. What I would say is that people who choose not to have the vaccine need to be clear on what the consequences of that decision may be, in general fully understand them and ACCEPT them.

For example my own view is that staff who work in Care Homes or Hospitals should be double vaccinated - no exception. The risk of contagion in those situations could be catastrophic. So a Nurse, Doctor or Carer who decides not to be vaccinated has to accept that they will lose their position. That is THEIR choice.
I would not want my elderly father being looked after or operated on by non vaccinated hospital or Care Home staff.
By phart [Ignore] 09,Oct,21 17:11 other posts
Nursing and care homes have been understaffed since LONG before the plandemic. So to fire what few have continued to work during all this and stayed with the company's to help those people should have their rights respected.
Take your father back home and be a man and take care of family as you are supposed and don't pawn him off on someone else if you have genuine concern for his health. As I would in that situation.I would not have put a sick possum in the local nursing homes around here before the plandemic.Damn sure would not since you can't visit and monitor your loved 1's condition and mental state and you should be able to..
By Andthisisme [Ignore] 10,Oct,21 03:29 other posts
Fortunately my father is self sufficient and living at home and has no need right now of any sort of care.
There are times when people do need to go into hospital or care homes for a variety of reasons and my point was that these should be safe environments for those who have no choice but to go into them.

"JohnS, could you please shut up sometimes?"

Basically, the author was frazzled because it seemed that JohnS always had something to say about so many things. The author went on to say, "@ JohnS: You don't have to react to EVERY thread!".

Fast forward to 2021, although JohnS is no longer a member, have things changed?
